BLOXX have delivered – yet again – with brand new track ‘Lay Down’. It’s the latest to come from the Uxbridge four-piece who are gearing up to release their debut EP ‘Headspace’ early next year on Chess Club.
As they gallop towards the end of 2018 – a year that’s seen them release a string of highly contagious singles, garnering support from the likes of Radio 1, play headline shows in the UK and some of seriously impressive festival slots too – things are looking rosy for the scintillating Bloxx.
And they’re showing no signs of slowing down either. Today, another brand-new track drops following its recent predecessor ‘Monday’. With an impressive path caved by the tracks that have come before it, ‘Lay Down’ (which has been produced by James Dring (Gorillaz, Jamie T)) is the sound of a confident young band firmly hitting their stride, instantly recognisable and totally imperious bottling a rare breed of enviable teenage angst and turning into a blazing indie anthem.
