Cautious Clay ended 2018 on an ultimate high. Now Cautious is kicking off 2019 with the second single titled “Honest Enough” from his forthcoming EP, ‘Table of Context’.
“Honest Enough,” which is produced by Medasin, lyrically details the cycle of drama in personal relationships, showing how we cast blame, hide from confrontation and sometimes stay too long. We often are just the right amount of honest in order to keep the status quo when what we really need most is a big shakeup.
Cautious adds, “I feel like its easy to be ‘honest enough’ or to not tell the whole truth to someone. You can skate by knowing good and well that things are not stable. It was cool to work with Medasin on this. I’ve been into his production for a long time.”
