apaull prepares Homogeny, his second full-length LP to be out February 28th, 2025, on Furnace Room Records.
The album explores the collapse of individuality in a world shaped by digital conformity. Through 10 carefully constructed tracks, apaull offers a soundscape that’s raw, hypnotic, and industrial, with echoes of indie dance and synth wave. Highlights include “Alphabet Loop” and “Burn Rate,” two bass-heavy cuts that wouldn’t be out of place in a peak-time techno set.
apaull’s music is always message-driven. On Homogeny, he invites you to question what truth and freedom mean in an increasingly programmed existence.
This release is backed by striking visuals, including cover art by Jay Hodgson and lettering by Al Diaz, whose collaborations with Jean-Michel Basquiat defined a visual era.
Leading up to the album, Furnace Room Records is releasing remixes from producers like Christian Smith and Neil Landstrumm, with more dropping throughout 2025. These reinterpretations take apaull’s ideas in new, club-ready directions.
