My Own Ghosts is a collaboration between Kid Loco and Thomas of Old Mountain Station. Their new single, ‘Happy Now’, sits somewhere between English cynicism and American naïve romance, the sonic freedom of psychedelia and the story telling songwriting of indie rock, the sound of distorted guitars and drum machines running low on batteries. In short, it is the best of both worlds.
