James Blake has today shared the video for ‘Barefoot In The Park’ (feat. ROSALÍA) taken from his critically-acclaimed album, ‘Assume Form’ which was released earlier this year.
Featuring the Catalan pop sensation ROSALÍA, ‘Barefoot In The Park’ is a breathtakingly romantic moment on ‘Assume Form’ that celebrates togetherness and intimacy. Having reached number 6 in the UK, ‘Assume Form’ has quickly become James’ highest-charting and most critically-acclaimed album to date (also surpassing over 40 million streams in just a week).
The ‘Barefoot In The Park’ video sees James work with Diana Kunst & Mau Morgó, who have both previously collaborated with ROSALÍA as well as working with the likes of A$AP Rocky, FKA Twigs, Spoon, Cut Copy, Little Dragon and Aphex Twin. The narrative follows images of a young James and a young ROSALÍA as they walk through life and grow into adults.
His headline UK dates are imminent and include two sold-out shows at London’s Eventim Apollo, with an extensive run of global dates to follow – as confirmed below.
Alongside the unveiling of the ‘Barefoot In The Park’ video, James will be releasing ‘Assume Form’ on vinyl May 10th featuring an additional track “Mullholland”.
