The iconic artist, consummate creative and multi-disciplinary songwriter, musician and producer Lenny Kravitz ushers in the festival season with a brand-new set of remixes for his latest single and video, “Let It Ride” (Out April 4th) lifted from his acclaimed 12th studio album, Blue Electric Light via Roxie Records/BMG.
For “Let It Ride,” Lenny’s self-directed music video and forthcoming Remix packages capture a sensuous call to the dancefloor seared with an incessant ear worm of a vocal and a synth-laden instrumental hook. Lenny’s love letter to getting lost in nightlife’s reflection beckons with a reverent nod to early ’80’s electro funk and New York’s underground.
The accompanying Remix packages for “Let It Ride” explode with a wide variety of future forward reworks to raise our vibrations. From soulful house, electropop and tech-edged to NRG-etic disco, big room and ballroom – it’s clear we’re all riding till dawn! All of the remixes compliment Lenny’s sly, soultronic original, “Let It Ride.”
