Laurent Garnier’s COD3 QR closes 2025 with [QR]D.325.LBNL.25, featuring tracks by Biz, Loopzize, Jules Wells, Tal Fussman, Joaquim & Krumble and Squal G.

Last but not least, Laurent Garnier’s COD3 QR closes 2025 with [QR]D.325.LBNL.25, featuring tracks by Biz, Loopzize, Jules Wells, Tal Fussman, Joaquim & Krumble and Squal G.

Biz has been a key player in Australia’s Techno and electronic music scene since the late ’80s, having run three record stores and compiled releases for labels such as Force inc and Detroit’s Submerge. He promoted the legendary Flash parties, introducing Sydney to the pioneering artists of Detroit, and ran Chinese Laundry’s club night Tech-ni-kal. He’s released on the likes of Transmat, Tronic, Abstrakt Dance, Further Electronix, We’re Going Deep, Exalt and Get Physical. He now brings all this experience to the deep and emotional EP opener, “No More Tears”.

Loopsize is a Spanish electronic music producer deeply rooted in the textures of Deep House, Techno and soulful minimalism. Based in the north of Spain, his sound is defined by hypnotic grooves, textured percussion and emotionally rich synth work that connects the dancefloor with deeper introspective energy. He first drew international attention with the EP “Kontrol Punkt” on Cecille Records, gaining the support of respected selectors across Europe. His new track “Drum Heart” has already made waves in major events, including fabric London’s 25th Anniversary.

Influenced by the Motor City, Jules Wells has released on several respected Detroit-based labels like Electrofunk, Submerge, Twilight 76, KMS and Planet E, but also on the likes of Brique Rouge (France), Purebox (Japan) and Logos (Macedonia). Most notably his track “Song4Clara” on KMS, which inspired Laurent Garnier’s “Enchanté”. He now returns to COD3 QR for another stellar outing with “Loser”.

Berlin resident and Survival Tactics label head, Tal Fussman is known for creating music that works in many settings and transcends genres. His openness to a broad range of sound has not only made him a widely loved favourite, but also someone who operates in his own parallel musical world. Now a COD3 QR regular, he’s back with the mighty “Higher!”.

French born, Mexican resident Joaquim Plossu has been making music as a producer, multi-instrumentalist and sound designer for the past 20 years with releases on COD3 QR, 31 Recordings, Fokuz, Repertoire, Deep Heads, Planet Rhythm and more. Both music composer and producer for TV and films, as well as Drum & Bass producer in his spare time, he teams up with Krumble for a D&B masterclass on “Hey Dude”.

Producer and manager of Slates Records, Squal G is a French artist who has been passionate about electronic music since the ’90s. Initially he practised his art as a DJ, but a few years later turned to machines and computers. This enabled him to progress with his production and remixes. He never tries to stick to a single style, which, depending on his inspiration, can lead him to be more or less hard, while remaining in the spirit of techno. This time he closes the EP with the glittering synth-led “Your Fault”.
