Today we premiere “Specify”, the new collaboration from Bram VanK and Møzes, arriving on Naeba Records with a powerful progressive techno energy built for peak-time movement and deep, driving playlists.
Marking Bram VanK’s return to the label, “Specify” brings together focused groove work, melodic intensity, and a club-ready sense of momentum. The track moves with a confident progressive pulse, balancing hypnotic pressure with enough lift and detail to hold the floor from its opening drive through to its final stretch.
Built around a direct but immersive production approach, the original track finds Bram VanK and Møzes shaping a sound that is both functional and atmospheric — a cut designed to ignite dancefloors while carrying the depth and tension expected from modern progressive techno.
The release is further expanded by four remixes from Angelo D’onorio, Lois (fr), Aqual, and Trecci, each reshaping “Specify” through a different lens. About Bram VanK’s
Rotterdam based Bram VanK’s passion is house and techno music with a progressive edge and soul, deep and melodic. Bram started as a DJ in 1988 and in 1999 also started producing music in 1999. Bram co-hosted several radio shows on like MEAT on Deep FM, Boom Breaking Beats on Radio Phohi and the Mixdown over in the US till 2007.
After a successful period of producing music under monikers as Funkstar Criminal, Max Dione, Groove Doctor, RB Fusion and receiving support by Carl Cox and Armin van Buuren to name one, Bram took a ‘break’ at the end of 2008. After a ‘ break’ of well over 12 years, stimulated by family and friends, Bram is back in the game of songwriting, producing and a bit of djing.
Bram is inspired by artists like Laurent Garnier, Sven Väth, Carl Craig, Steve Rachmad, Funk D’void, and Dimitri Kneppers. So receiving support from the likes of Funk D’void, Dimitri Kneppers, Colin Dalle and Karotte on his recent releases like Shambolic, Get On With It, In Town EP, Becasue My Boss Said So!, Dance De La Folie and his remixes for several artists is an amazing bonus and huge recognition.
