Two of the most exciting, young American acts to be making waves on a global scale have joined forces and released a brand new track, available worldwide from today via Polydor Records. Titled “lovely” (with Khalid), this stunning new single goes back to basics and showcases the extraordinary raw talent these two songwriters and vocalists both possess.
This is the latest release to come from 16-year-old Billie Eilish since dropping “bitches broken hearts,” following the release of her debut EP “dont smile at me”. “lovely” (with Khalid) premiered moments ago as a Beats1 World Record with long time fan and supporter Zane Lowe, and is available on all digital platforms now. The song was co-written by Billie, Khalid and her brother Finneas, who also produced the track.
This coming Saturday, on April 21, Billie will help usher in Record Store Day 2018 with the release of an exclusive 7” pink vinyl featuring an acoustic version of EP track “party favor” plus an acoustic cover of Drake’s international hit single “Hotline Bling.”
