THIS AUTUMN, TURIN HOSTS THE 23RD EDITION, DEDICATED TO THE THEME “PER ASPERA AD ASTRA” – IN MEMORY OF SERGIO RICCIARDONE
Following its North American debut at Knockdown Center in New York, C2C Festival returns to Turin from 30 October to 2 November 2025, coinciding with the city’s renowned Contemporary Art Week.
This year’s edition is set to welcome over 40,000 international attendees.
The festival’s main venues will once again be the majestic OGR Torino (Thursday and Sunday) and Lingotto Fiere, an iconic venue that promises to elevate the festival’s avant-garde productions to new heights.
The Festival’s radical dancefloor, hosted by the Stone Island Stage, is set to be one of this year’s highlights. The lineup features ten international artists announced so far.
C2C Festival continues to explore the boundaries of avant-pop, spanning experimental, electronic, rap, rock, jazz, and R&B. This latest wave adds ten new international names to the line-up: Floating Points, Blawan, billy woods, Smerz, Maria Somerville, Los Thuthanaka, Barker, Mechatok, Annahstasia, Kelman Duran.
The C2C Festival 2025 lineup expands with ten new international artists.
The Lingotto Fiere programme welcomes back Floating Points, the alias of British producer and DJ Sam Shepherd, a key figure in contemporary music. Known for moving fluidly between club, jazz, soul, and classical, Shepherd has collaborated with artists including Caribou, Pharoah Sanders, and the London Contemporary Orchestra. On Saturday 1 November, he returns to Italy for an exclusive DJ set.
Also debuting that night are several artists making their first appearance at the festival. Blawan, a heavyweight of the UK techno scene known for pushing the genre’s boundaries, will present a live show exclusive to Italy, following two bold EPs on XL Recordings (Dismantled Into Juice and BouQ). Los Thuthanaka, the duo of Chuquimamani-Condori and her brother Joshua Chuquimia Crampton bring a radical and deeply personal sound shaped by their self-titled debut: a striking fusion of queer psychedelia, traditional music, and digital noise, already hailed as one of the decade’s most significant releases. Rounding out the bill is Annahstasia, a Los Angeles-based artist whose acclaimed debut Tether weaves folk, soul, blues, and abstract rock into something entirely her own.
Three Italian exclusives are set for the final night at OGR Torino on Sunday 2 November. Returning to C2C is billy woods, fresh off the release of Golliwog – a powerful new chapter in the American rapper’s uncompromising catalogue, blending horror, humour, surrealism, and Afropessimism to confront racist and post-colonial violence. He’ll be joined by Smerz, the Norwegian duo of Henriette Motzfeldt and Catharina Stoltenberg, back at the festival eight years after their debut with Big City Life, a refined take on art-pop minimalism. Making her Italian debut is Maria Somerville, whose 4AD release Luster reshapes the contours of dream pop and shoegaze.
Friday 31 October marks the festival debut of Barker and Mechatok. Berlin-based British producer Sam Barker, Berghain resident and co-founder of Leisure System, recently released Stochastic Drift, a sonic journey through IDM and beatless techno-trance. Mechatok, the alias of Emir Timur Tokdemir, is known for collaborations with Bladee, Ecco2k, and Yung Lean, and will release his debut full-length Wide Awake this year on the Young label.
Also joining the OGR Torino lineup is Kelman Duran. The Dominican artist, Grammy-nominated in 2023 for his work on Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance’, is known for his ethereal soundscapes that deconstruct and reimagine dembow and reggaeton.

One of the Festival’s most anticipated highlights is the return of Blood Orange, the visionary project of musician, composer, and producer Devonté Hynes. This marks his first European appearance in six years. A shape-shifting artist who seamlessly blends r&b, pop, electronic, and orchestral music, Hynes has earned a Grammy nomination for his classical work Fields and has collaborated with icons such as Philip Glass, Mariah Carey, A$AP Rocky, Solange and David Byrne. With albums like ‘Cupid Deluxe’ (2013) and ‘Negro Swan’ (2018), Blood Orange has shaped a decade, exploring themes of identity, race, and sexuality.
After more than a decade, Four Tet makes his highly anticipated comeback to C2C Festival. With a career spanning over 20 years, he remains one of the most distinctive figures in electronic music. Known for his ability to continually reinvent himself while staying true to his core, he effortlessly merges influence from spiritual jazz, indie, krautrock, folk, and hip-hop. Nicolas Jaar, an artist who has redefined sonic landscapes since 2008 (including through his DARKSIDE project, which headlined the last edition), returns to C2C Festival alongside Ali Sethi, the acclaimed Pakistani singer and novelist. Together, they explore ghazal, a poetic form introduced to the Indian subcontinent by Sufi mystics, originating in the Arab world and Persia and blend it with Jaar’s electronic abstractions. This one-of-a-kind collaboration makes its Italian debut at C2C Festival.
Following his unforgettable set at last year’s edition, A. G. Cook is once again among the key names in the line up, this time with a new exclusive audiovisual performance – an Italian debut. Recently named as ‘Producer of the Year’ at the BRIT Award 2025, he is a founding member of the iconic PC Music collective and he has played a pivotal role in reshaping contemporary pop, with his influence further solidified by his long- standing creative partnership with Charli xcx (for whom he has served as creative director since 2016), earning three recent Grammy nominations. Ecco2k plays an equally groundbreaking role in experimental pop. A key member of the cult collective Drain Gang, co-founded with Bladee, Thaiboy Digital and Whitearmor, Ecco2k has made his mark not only as a musician and singer, but also as a fashion designer and video artist, shaping a distinctive aesthetic that has profoundly influenced the worlds of rap and hyperpop.
The lineup also features two of the most original voices in the Italian music scene: IOSONOUNCANE, celebrating the 10th anniversary of his seminal album ‘DIE’, and Daniela Pes, recent winner of the Tenco Prize for ‘Spira’ (produced in collaboration with IOSONOUNCANE). Both artists are known for their unique ability to blend electronic experimentation with singer-songwriter traditions into a cutting-edge sonic language. For the first time ever, they will perform together in an exclusive live debut at C2C Festival.
Making their Italian debut are two rising stars: Saya Gray and Nourished By Time. Saya Gray, a Japanese-Canadian artist, has recently dropped her second album, ‘Saya’, crafting genre-blurring compositions where nonlinear structures and shape-shifting arrangements dissolve musical boundaries. Nourished By Time, the project launched by Marcus Brown in 2019, mixed new wave, r&b, and dance with a deeply personal touch, delving into themes of work, existentialism, love, and consumerism, central to his acclaimed debut album ‘Erotic Probiotic 2’ (XL Recordings).
Two artists renowned for the intensity and impact of their performances are John Maus and Model/ Actriz: Maus, a master of experimental art pop, weaves cinematic synthwave soundscapes laced with surreal humour, while the New York – set to release their new album ‘Pirouette’ on May 2nd, 2025 – based band channels raw, theatrical energy into a pulsating mix of noise, dance grooves, and visceral post-punk.
Titanic marks the return of Mabe Fratti to the festival. Following the success of Se Ve Desde Aquí, she embarked on a new artistic chapter. Launched in 2023 with the evocative Vidrio, Titanic moves fluidly between jazz and chamber pop – a creative synergy shared with Venezuelan multi-instrumentalist Hector Tosta (alias I. la Catolica).
Rounding out the preliminary lineup are two boundary- pushing producers, Djrum and Skee Mask, who have redefined the art of DJing. Djrum, the alias of Felix Manuel, blends intricate sound design with years of meticulous DJ practice, ethnomusicology studies, and the technical finesse of a relentless creator. Likewise, Bavarian producer Skee Mask demonstrates a strong dedication, captivating audiences with his ever-evolving reimagination of ’90s techno and electronic music.
The opening event on Thursday, October 30, at OGR Torino will set the stage for an exclusive Italian performance by Daniel Blumberg – British composer, multi- instrumentalist, and vocalist – who recently won an Academy Award for Best Original Score for ‘The Brutalist’, marking his first Oscar-nomination work. This project is his second venture into film scoring, following ‘The World to Come’, and runs parallel to his solo work, which began in 2018 after his time with Yuck. Since then, he has released three albums on Mute (‘Minus’, ‘On&On’, and ‘GUT’), where free improvisation collides with folk innovation and avant-rock experimentation.
His self-taught approach reflects a spirit of eclecticism, one shared with Jenny Hval, an artist who has carved out a singular space in contemporary music. With her latest album, ‘Iris Silver Mist’, set for release on 4AD in May, Hval has spent the last 15 years shaping a vast and intricate pop landscape, weaving sophisticated soundscapes with striking poetic lyricism to explore themes of corporeality and identity.
Following the critical acclaim of their debut album ‘45 Pounds’, a sonic assault of no-wave, avant-rock, and industrial, the New York-based YHWH Nailgun will make their highly anticipated Italian debut on Thursday, October 30. The lineup expands further with the addition of Florence Sinclair, the latest signing to XL Recordings, who has built a cult following since her debut ‘Gentle Decay’, reshaping grime and hip-hop influences into an ethereal, genre-blurring sound.
Isabella Lovestory, the Canadian singer with Honduran roots, fuses Central American heritage with pop sensibilities to craft a bold, forward-thinking take on reggaeton. Meanwhile, Malibu, the French producer known for her deeply intimate and diary-like compositions, drifts between ambient and ethereal soundscapes, blending melancholic synth harmonies with cinematic strings and choral textures.
ABOUT C2C Festival
C2C Festival stands as one of the world’s premiere avant-pop music events. From 2022, marking the 20th anniversary of the festival, a new symbol for C2C was introduced: a winged figure representing the future state of the body. It embodies the urgency of placing the human form centre stage, celebrating freedom, the need to come together, to dance, to listen, to enlighten and be enlightened. C2C Festival was born in the early 2000s as Club To Club. Over the years, it has evolved from one of Europe’s eminent dance fests to an internationally celebrated platform showcasing some of the most adventurous contemporary music.
