get your tents outs and get ready for a dance as Berlin Underground’s evergreens and smile-men Kotelett & Zadak set the sunny times in motion on the 17 th URSL Records release ‘Eifel’.
The title track ‘Eifel’ pays homage to the beautiful german landscape in “Vulkaneifel” where the original field recordings were first made before they were combined with supplementary synthesiser patterns.
Nectar captures the delicious mood of a sunrise over the river Spree through drum-recordings made in their sun-flooded studio at the infamous Holzmarkt project that’s also home to Berlin’s Kater Blau club.
Rounds manifest the inner duality between class and grunge by combining lustful drums with a strong Acid line.
Thodoris Triantafillou from Athens delivers an intense re-work of the title track, drifting it into a
powerful club tune.
