Italian stable Ivreatronic readies EP of rhythmic techno tracks from Bitch Volley

Emerging out of Ivrea, a small town in Northern Italy mostly famous for its massive orange fight carnival and a defunct typewriter manufacturing industry, Ivreatronic is a label and collective of producers, DJs, vocalists, visual artists and more that are breathing life into the city’s dead-ended cultural landscape.

The label’s newest release “Le Ali Dell’Amore” (the wings of love) comes from longstanding collective member Bitch Volley, a man who was known for building his own modular system way before it was fashionable, and whose focus is now on pounding, rhythmic techno tracks. His background in gritty 90s punk and graffiti shines through these 5 tracks that recall Neil Landstrumm at his bleepiest and Naum Gabo at their bounciest. Big basslines, wonked-out beats and party-ready acid that has already showed its potential on the Ivreatronic dancefloors and is now ready for wider horizons.

Le Ali Dell’Amore is released March 8th 2019 on Ivreatronic
