Not hyperbole, these are real reviews from attendees of Anjunadeep’s inaugural beachside festival, Explorations. The 2019 event saw 2000 fans from over 50 countries converge on the quiet village of Dhërmi, Albania, nestled on the shores of the Ionian Sea. Sixty artists performed across five, picturesque stages from the afternoon to dawn.

Today, Anjunadeep and Mainstage Festivals are pleased to announce the second edition of this exciting new destination festival.

Taking place in high summer between June 18 and June 23, Explorations 2020 builds on the success of 2019, promising an even more diverse lineup for sonic explorers and a wider range of community and wellness activities.

With all tickets for the festival only available as part of an accommodation package, Explorations encourages revelers to fully immerse themselves within the local community.

Attendees will eat some of the best seafood the Mediterranean has to offer, swim with dolphins in crystal-clear water, and dance to cutting edge melodic sounds courtesy of Anjunadeep’s thoughtfully curated lineup.

Ticket packages begin at £205 for five nights accommodation and festival pass, with additional extras such as boat transfers from Corfu, gong baths, dining experiences and unforgettable afternoon dance parties in the jaw-dropping surrounds of Gjipe canyon.

Dhërmi, Albania is one of the Mediterranean’s best-kept secrets, travel gurus Lonely Planet describing it as one of the best destinations for budget travelers. ‘Explorers’ will experience an unforgettable five nights of community and discovery for much less than the cost of other destination festivals in the region.

Anjunadeep’s founder James Grant says, “Our first year in Dhërmi was overwhelmingly joyous. A beautiful host country, an incredible crowd, and our unrivalled atmosphere. We can’t wait to do it all again!

Pre-sale begins on Tuesday, November 26 for returning Explorers, before Earlybird Tickets goes on sale Thursday, November 28 for those who have registered. Packages are limited and registration is essential: anjunadeep.com/explorations
