Jalapeno Records reveal a groovy remix package of Izo Fitzroy ’s ‘Blind Faith’ song, taken from her stunning new album, ‘How The Mighty Fall’. French Nu Disco whizz, Art Of Tones, works up a smoking funktastic groover that’s loaded with an infectious bass hook, classy brass stabs and sweeping strings that pop and flow around Izo’s soul drenched voice. Also on the package, Geordie beat maker extraordinaire – Smoove (of Smoove & Turrell) gets his mitts around the stems and enlists the help of his bandmate and resident synth wizard – Mike Porter, fusing airy electronica and hip Nu Disco vibes, creating instant joy for the dancers.
Since bursting on to the scene and into the public’s consciousness a couple of years ago with her debut album ‘Skyline’, Izo FitzRoy has gone from strength to strength.
