Detroit based LADYMONIX sends us into summer with her High Notes EP out 18th July on her own Frizner Electric label.
The four fresh cuts follow on from last year’s dancefloor filling Steppin’ Out EP.
She says: “I wanted to put something together that was a bit of everything I love from a few different sub genres of house music really – jazzy, bright, deep, big. Always sample heavy with the vocals, with lots of layered percussive elements, and dreamy sweeping pads in each one. It’s a record that has a well rounded feel for any moment of the party.”
