Absence of Facts helmsman Orion delivers the label’s next statement with the Crom EP. Presenting a vocabulary of raw, functional techno, this three-track offering is a masterclass in tension and stripped-down percussive elements, prioritizing hypnotic repetition and analog warmth.
The title track “Crom” establishes the EP’s intent: a locked, percussive groove that drives forward with raw intensity, built for maximum utility. “Drokk” maintains the pressure, weaving intricate, syncopated patterns over a stark, effective chassis. The narrative shifts
