Baltimore House Music legend DJ Spen reveals the first single from his brand-new forthcoming artist album, ‘The Praise Party’, on Quantize Recordings. Giving a taste of great things to come from this highly anticipated album, ‘When I Needed You Most’ is a deeply heartfelt song written by Kelly Spencer, and delivered with incredibly moving vocals from Arrested Development’s Tasha LaRae that beautifully intertwine with Spen’s signature soulful magic. The package also features a sublime Praise Party rework from up-and-coming producer Hugo C, who injects some celestial Hammond slaying heat, and Spen and Gary Hudgins close out the package with a divine, music-centred collaborative dubstrumental.
