Yousef digs deep into his unreleased catalogue and remasters one of his many hidden gems, fresh for 2026! After playing ‘Had No Sleep’ to his good mates Bontan and Mele, both agreed that it definitely should get released! ‘Had No Sleep’ was originally made 14 years ago in a surround sound studio in Liverpool and was never released actually released as a single… until now! The track features vocals from Tom Crew, whose style is reminiscent of early Talking Heads, playfully chanting about late-night mistakes. Yousef lays down a slamming house groove armed with a chugging drum workout and melancholic synth stabs that are as equally trippy as the vocal and destined to tear things right up on the late-night floors!
‘Had No Sleep’ will be released on October 16th 2026 on Circus Recordings.
