IMOGEN, Marcel Dettmann, Donato Dozzy and Robert Hood “25 Years of Music EP”

As EPM celebrate their 25th year, a stunning full length-compilation and accompanying vinyl EP are set to cap this landmark 12 months.

Acting as a taster for the full label compilation, the “25 Years of Music EP” release features tracks from some of techno’s most revered and exciting producers. This stellar line-up includes IMOGEN, Marcel Dettmann, Donato Dozzy and Robert Hood who provide a brand new and exclusive track each.

IMOGEN’s “Losing Myself” is pure dance floor dynamite! Sharp, cavernous and pierced by explosive stabs, this is prime time techno in its rawest and most primal form. Utterly exhilarating! Marcel Dettmann‘s “Unknown Pressure” is a more hypnotic take, featuring muted stabs that brim with pulsating menace before Donato Dozzy shows us that acid is well and truly back with the energetic drive of “Calzetta”. Finally, the minimal master himself, Robert Hood, brings us that divine “less is more” magic with the glorious “Hologram” – a track that only he could make sound so irresistibly instant, driving and downright funky.

As respected DJs and producers in their own fields of the techno axis, this EP is a must-have for lovers of the genre.
