With a unique power both behind the decks and in the studio, Alinka is an artist with a lifelong passion for dance music. She kicks off her debut release on Needwant with EP, ‘Rhythm Sister’.
The title track is a full-throttle house track with no shortage of interesting elements. Its pumping drums and bassline is topped with trancey notes which nod to 90s Eurodance. Its Dub version is slightly shorter in length but packs just as much punch.
‘Glimmer’ boasts synthy euphoria with a bassy switch-up which will leave dance floors in a frenzy. ‘Look Up At The Sky’ offers a more laid-back affair yet still provides euphoric sunrise energy.
Berlin based Alinka has released on Crosstown Rebels, Leftroom, and Twirl, where she releases her own music as well as artists such as Spencer Parker and Virginia.
