After a quiet summer, Stacey Pullen’s Blackflag Recordings come with another smash EP, this time from from Italian duo Dee-No & Lonely.
These guys have released on Sk Recordings, Dirty Club, Beat It Music, Natural Rhythm Records, NONSTOP Records, Lost Records just to name a few. Their tracks have been played by Marco Carola Loco dice, Joseph Capriati and of course Blackflag head honcho Stacey Pullen.
The title track “This Is” is a scorcher, from the first beat. It captures you with a verse from the hip-hop world and blends in nicely with the tech house percussive beats that keeps building until it leads you into a bang.
The Second track “Pink” is similar but uses a few R&B vocals along with some sporadic strings, but it’s the programming of the beats that get you hype on the danceflloor.
